The Mission
Our mission is simple:
To create intentional spaces where people can disconnect from the chaos of the world and reconnect with what really matters.
We do this through transformational retreats, soulful movement, intentional journaling, nourishing food, nature immersion, and heart-led connection.

—
You’re invited to unplug from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your true self through stillness, nature, and intentional community.
—
Disconnect to Reconnect.
The Unplugged Experience is more than a retreat—it's a soul-led rebellion against the noise of the world. In a culture obsessed with doing, achieving, scrolling, and comparing, we believe true transformation happens in the stillness. We created this experience to give you permission to pause, go inward, and remember who you were before the world told you who to be.
This is your invitation to unplug from devices, demands, distractions, and disconnection—and instead plug into nature, movement, meaning, and you.
But it’s also more than removing a device—it’s a return.
A return to presence.
To intention.
To connection.
To God, your gut, and the ground beneath your feet.
What Is “Unplugged”?
To be unplugged means:
No phone. No scrolling. No curated feeds or comparison traps.
No autopilot. No numbing out or going through the motions.
No noise. Just you, your breath, your body, and the beauty around you.
Why Unplug?
Because burnout has become a badge of honor.
Because likes and notifications are not love and validation.
Because real peace doesn’t live on a screen.
We live in a world that keeps us constantly plugged in—but rarely truly connected. And that disconnection is costing us—our health, our relationships, our joy, our clarity, our creativity, and even our faith.
Unplugging is the sacred interruption you didn’t know you needed. It’s how we stop living reactively and start living awake again.
