* Retreat Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and unforeseen events may require you to cancel your participation in our retreat. Due to the nature of retreats and the costs associated with organizing them, we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure clarity:

Non-Refundable Deposit:

To secure your spot in the retreat, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required. This deposit is standard for a retreat in the $3,000–$5,000 price range and reflects the upfront costs associated with accommodations, planning, and logistics.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation 60+ Days Before Retreat Start Date:

If you cancel your reservation 60 or more days before the retreat start date, you will receive a 100% refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellation 30-59 Days Before Retreat Start Date:

If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 59 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellation 0-29 Days Before Retreat Start Date:

If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before the retreat start date, no refund will be issued.

Please note that refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. To cancel your reservation, please contact us directly at laleighcoffee@gmail.com with your booking details.

Given the unpredictability of travel and potential unforeseen events, we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance can provide coverage for trip costs associated with cancellations, interruptions, and other unexpected situations, ensuring that you are protected.
